Kathy manages our support team overseeing the preparation of loan applications, ordering valuations, ensuring compliance and high quality of applications as well as making sure settlement occurs in a timely manner. She began her finance career back in 2018, starting off as a customer service specialist at RAMS Home Loans. She was very enthusiastic and took great interest in helping customers. With her love of learning new things and handling a challenge, she landed a role as a business manager within a year. In this role she gained expertise in a range of home loan administration areas as well as improving her knowledge of credit and compliance. With her assistance, her home loan manager was able to exceed his performance goals, while providing exceptional service to his clients gaining several 5-star reviews. Kathy holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from The National Finance Institute and proactively pursues continuing professional development. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of seeking credit by providing clear communication and ample updates along the way.

Tina is the managing director and a senior mortgage broker at Organic Home Loans. She graduated from Macquarie University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and Services. While studying, Tina began working as a business manager at RAMS Home Loan Centre Ryde and contributed to the growth and direction of the business.

 

With her attention to detail and drive to succeed, she was recognised by RAMS as one of their top 3 home loan managers in 2018 and 2019 out of over 500 loan writers from around the country. The annual awards recognise home loan managers who have excelled not only in sales, but also compliance and application quality which equate to excellent client outcomes. As an office, her team won the state award and came second nationally in 2019. RAMS specialises in self-employed lending, winning the Best Self-Employed Lender award at the Australian Lending Awards three years in a row 2017-2019. Having worked at RAMS as one of their top home loan managers during this period, Tina has very specialised knowledge in self-employed lending and understands the needs of these customers.

 

Tina also holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management from The National Finance Institute and she is passionate about ongoing education and self-improvement. She is a positive and energetic person who applies these qualities in life and work. She tirelessly strives to help her clients find solutions to their financial needs. Two years ago, Steven made the life-changing decision of leaving the service department in the Automotive industry, where he had worked for a decade, to become a finance broker.
